KNOW THIS:
Uptown Billiards Club is virtually invisible.  We have happily existed for 16 years with no big signs and no street-level frontage.  All you will see is a black awning over a black door which opens to our stairs.

Uptown Billiards is half way between Burnside and Everett on the east side of 23rd Avenue.  We're above "Christmas at the Zoo" and "The Dapper Cap," directly across 23rd Avenue from "Urban Outfitters."
 
PARKING:
The lot adjacent to our building, between the cleaners and the bank may be used by our customers from 6pm until 2:59am.  Because UBC is open after most local retail stores close, there is usually plenty of on-street parking within a block or so.  The staff's parking secret:  park on 23rd Place (not Avenue) or NW Westover which dead-ends into our front door.  We can reserve an additional nearby lot for large events.
 
FROM THE FREEWAYS:
From the West or South, Get onto I-405 and get off at the Everett exit; make a left on Glisan and follow the numbered streets to 23rd Ave; make a left on 23rd Ave.
From the East or North, Get onto I-405 southbound and take the Hwy 30 interchange; take the Vaughn exit; make the first left at the first light which is NW 23rd Ave.
