Uptown Billiards Club was opened 22 years ago - and you're just hearing of us now. You've been up NW 23rd Avenue a hundred times and still don't know where we are. We're a weird, cool place that doesn't see "fun" and "upscale" as an either/or. We believe in top-notch cocktails, wines and food. We believe in authentic hospitality, we believe in creativity, we believe that the most important thing in life is people. We don't pay advertisers or publicists to toot our horn, we believe in word-of-mouth. We're not sure who let you in on our little secret but we're glad they finally did. Welcome to The Club.
Items pictured above are from our Five Course Tasting Menus. We do pizzas and burgers and bar food just as well.
Our dining room is a cozy placed sandwiched between our pool-and-darts Parlor Room and our bar, open Tuesday through Saturday 6pm to 9pm. Due to limited seating, we require reservations for our 5 Course Tasting Menu. If the 5 course is not your style, we serve a full menu throughout the club. For a reservation, please call 503.226.6909 or book online with OpenTable below.
If you'd like to play pool after dinner, you are more than welcome! Just let us know in advance either in your reservation notes or by giving us a call.
We love big groups! Yet, because our food is so complex compared to the size of our kitchen, it really helps us when we can plan ahead. For that reason, any dining party larger than 10 should contact Anne Mawdsley at 503.226.8980.
During the summer months (which we qualify as any time after May and before September that we have more than two weeks of sun), we break out the umbrellas and crate paper and build ourselves a nice patio. If you'd like to dine in the limited fine weather Oregon has to offer, please let us know in advance.
You've got your friends. You've got the hankering to shoot some pool. Now you just need a table. If you've wrangled a crew larger than 10 that want to hop on a table, we would love to get you a reservation so that we can assure you we have a table just as ready as your desire to play on it.
